ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
Placing an order
A minimum of two weeks notice is required for standard orders offered through this website, very large/custom order may require more time, please contact me to come to an agreement.

Colours and styles presented in the images on this website and social media are an indication only and your final product may vary slightly.
Payments & Deposits
All deposits and payment are non-refundable.

Standard items purchased though this website require payment in full at the time of checkout to secure the order and delivery/pick up date. This payment is non-refundable.
​
Custom orders made through this website or any other form of communication require a 50% deposit at the time of order to secure the delivery/pick up date. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the delivery/pick up date. Payment of the remaining balance is non-refundable.
If the balance is not paid in full within the agreed timeframe, you will forfeit your deposit and your order will be cancelled.
Cancellations and Change of Dates
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and the cancellation of an order will result in forfeiting your payment.

Postponing your delivery/pick up date will require at least 48 hours notice and will be dependent on the availability of your new desired date. If you give less than 48 hours notice and your order has been started/completed, the date will not be able to be changed. In this event I would recommend you freeze the order in an airtight container until your new event date.

Bringing your delivery/pick up date forward could be possible depending on availability of your new desired date, please contact me to see if this is possible.
I will try my best to accommodate your new desired date but this will be dependent on availability.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is offered to the Melbourne Bayside area during selected time windows only. I will make every effort possible to have your delivery to your door within your selected time window. In the unlikely event that unforeseen events take place and your delivery is delayed I will do my best to update your with a new expected delivery time.

If you are not home to accept your delivery I can leave the delivery at your door with your permission, alternatively if you are are not home and I can not reach you I will bring the delivery back with me and you can collect the order. If your delivery can not be delivered for this reason you will not be refunded the delivery fee.

If your order is left unattended at your door I do not take responsibility for any damages, spoiling or theft of the order once it has been left.
Pick Up
Pick up is offered during selected time windows only. Pick up is at a residential address, you will be provided the address on the day of pick up via a SMS & Email.

When you arrive to the address please use the street parking and SMS when you have arrived, your order will be brought out to your car.
​
If you do not arrive within your pick up window I will contact you to arrange a new pick up time.
